NTT Data is currently looking for a Release Manager for one of our clients in the insurance sector in Brussels. This role will be performed in a hybrid mode.

Your role:
The Release Manager on the program coordinates the creation of the cut-over plan that contains all the activities that need to be performed by the two companies to ensure a smooth transition during the migration. Additionally, the Release Manager creates the technical runbook of the deployment process.
The cut-over plan has two major aspects.
[1] The first, involves the loading of data extracts and document uploads, (that one is currently being managed, it is technical and on track to be completed by the end of March by the current release manager).
[2] The second, involves transferring operational, financial, compliance and other activities from the previous company to the new one. Gap analysis to be completed and to be translated this in detailed activities in the cutover plan to finalize.

Your profile:

• We require someone with deep insurance knowledge (UL) across various domains to drive conversations at the business level with all involved parties, such as Finance, Operations, Risk, Actuarial, etc.
• Having some M&A experience in this regard and be able to challenge internally in the different discussions
• Broad knowledge of life insurance processes
• Experience with data migration projects
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and Infrastructure
• Management of test environments
• Definition of runbooks

Language skills:
You are fluent in French and English
